Shipping & Returns
Your custom items will be handmade in the USA with a competitive lead time. While production times can vary, we always strive for quality and attention to detail. Still, we aim to get your custom pieces to you as soon as possible. Below is a general breakdown of expected ship dates (not including the shipping time itself).
- Pillows and Bedding: Custom made to order and ships within 5 - 7 business days.
- Window Treatments: Custom made to order; Roman Shades within 10 - 28 business days, Drapery within 5 - 28 business days, and Natural Woven Shades within 5 - 20 business days.
- Fabric by the yard: In-stock fabrics ship 2 - 5 business days after you order. Special order fabrics usually ship within 7 - 10 business days.
- Window hardware: Custom made to order and ships from our partner within 5 - 28 business days.
- Gift cards: Delivered to your email upon purchase.

Incorrect Sizing And/Or Materials
If we make your order to the incorrect size, use the wrong fabric or simply make a mistake based upon your specified order instructions then we will fix it at our expense. That may involve us taking the piece back to our factory and reworking it until it is corrected. In some instances we may opt to completely remake the piece and re-ship it. Whatever it is, we will get it right just as you ordered it (as specified on your sales order receipt).
If we make the piece to your specification but you measured incorrectly let us know and we will work with you to try and change the piece so it can work for you in your space. Where we can find a solution which involves us elongating a length, widening a panel or altering the piece at our factory we will do so at no added charge to you (but for shipping). We usually can be creative in finding a solution. If there is no easy solution and we agree the piece needs to be remade then we will discount the on-site retail remake by 50%. (Offer valid for 14 days after delivery date and must be replacing the originally purchased piece.) We want you to love loom and not only share your satisfaction with our quality crafted products but also share your positive experience with our friendly Stylist Satisfaction Team!
Help us maintain our liberal return policy by ensuring your product is exactly as you’d like it before ordering. We can help you with that! Order Correction Process
To request an order be corrected, please contact us. Unless we find the error is our mistake, clients will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and is responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item.

Cancellations
Custom orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of submitting the order. After this, we begin crafting your pieces, so any cancellations beyond this period may not be possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact a Stylist as soon as possible.

HOW DO I GET STARTED CREATING CUSTOM DECOR?

CAN I SHOP IN PERSON?
We do not have a retail location at this time (sorry!). However, you can order swatches to make sure you love the color and pattern of a fabric in your home - which we think is even better.

Haha, YES! While we have an online presence, we are based out of Massachusetts and are very much a real company, creating real products, made by real people right here in America.
HOW DO CUSTOM WINDOW TREATMENTS AND FURNISHINGS DIFFER FROM WHAT I’D FIND IN STORES?
Our quality matches that of professional interior designers and luxury home brands, but at more affordable prices. How do we do it? First, we choose quality fabrics from top interior designer brands. No flimsy fabrics that will fall apart after a few years. Our goal is for your custom pieces to last for years to come.
Second, our products are handcrafted at our workroom in Massachusetts with the same details designers specify in their work. For example, our window treatments are made with high quality lining, hidden hems, weights in the corners, and buckram stiffener at the top to help them hang beautifully. Our pillows and duvet covers are designed to be plush and full, and to hide unsightly zippers.
Finally, you can choose special options on your window treatments like lining, Cordless Mechanism (at no extra charge) and order completely custom sizes, so that you are sure to get the perfect fit for your window.
HOW DO I CALCULATE THE WIDTH OF MY DRAPERY OR CAFE CURTAIN PANELS?
For the width of your drapery panels, we recommend entering the full size of your drapery rod. That's it! We will account for fullness on our end so there is no need to add extra width to ensure that your drapery looks full enough.
HOW DO I CALCULATE HOW MANY RINGS I NEED?
If you're ordering your hardware from us, there's no need to calculate the number of rings needed - we'll automatically provide the right amount of rings based on the rod size you select!
CAN I ADD LINING TO MY WINDOW TREATMENTS?
Yes! You have the option to choose a lining for any shade or drapery you order. You can go with "Unlined", add "Privacy" lining for sun protection and enhanced privacy, or opt for "Blackout" lining for maximum room darkening. The choice is yours!
CORDLESS SHADES
Our Cordless shades are compatible with windows that are 18" - 98" in width. Anything over 98" in width will have to use a Chain Loop mechanism due to the weight of the shade.
A Cordless shade is operated with a spring mechanism. You operate the shade by using the control ring to guide the shade up and down - a simple quick tug will get the spring mechanism released so you can open or lower the shade.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POLY & DOWN INSERTS FOR PILLOWS?
The Poly insert is slightly firmer and helps the pillow maintain its shape, while the Down insert offers a softer feel and may need more frequent fluffing to keep its shape over time.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZES THAT I DON'T SEE ONLINE?
Yes! We can make custom size Drapery, Roman Shades, Bedskirts, Cushions, and more. To order a custom size not available online, contact a Stylist.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM FURNISHINGS NOT SHOWN IN YOUR ONLINE CATALOG?
Absolutely! For instance, we can craft our Cafe Curtains in other pleat styles and fabrics, and nearly any Loom product can be made in almost any fabric from our collection. Feel free to reach out to us at hello@loomdecor.com with a photo of what you had in mind.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM FURNISHINGS WITH CUSTOMERS OWN MATERIAL (COM)?
We are happy to accept COM orders! Contact a stylist for pricing and more information about placing a COM order.
CAN I ORDER FABRIC SWATCHES FOR QUALITY AND COLOR REFERENCE?
Of course! We recommend ordering fabric swatches as a first step in making a Loom Decor design. Sometimes, the appearance of the fabric in real life under different lighting can vary from what you see online.
CAN I ORDER FABRIC BY THE YARD?
Yes! On any fabric page, select the number of yards you would like in the quantity field and click the “Add Yardage to Cart” button. When calculating the yardage you need, keep in mind our fabrics vary in width, although most are 54” wide. Please note, the maximum continuous yardage varies per fabric between 30 and 60 yards. A Loom Stylist will contact you if the yardage will not be continuous.
HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY LOOM FURNISHINGS?
For window treatments, we recommend a periodic cleaning with a low-suction, hand-held vacuum, or dusting with a clean cloth or duster. For a deeper clean, we suggest steaming the window treatments on a low setting to dislodge any dust or dirt. In the case of a stain or smudge, we recommend using a slightly damp microfiber cloth or clean towel, and spot cleaning with a mild detergent. Please note, we do not recommend dry cleaning your window treatments as it can warp the lining, and compromise the structure of the window treatments.
For all other pieces (such as bedding, bench cushions, or pillows), we highly recommend dry-cleaning to ensure they look beautiful for many years to come. Washing can cause fabrics to fade or bleed. Plus, different types of fabric shrink at different rates and could cause your item to look damaged or warped. Please consult with your dry cleaner regarding your Loom fabric before proceeding with dry cleaning services. If you have questions about caring for your Loom furnishings, please contact a Stylist.

Our products are carefully custom-made and handcrafted by our skilled team in our Fall River, Massachusetts workroom, which brings over 20 years of experience creating high-quality home furnishings and window treatments for leading designers and hotels.
Our Roman Shades and Hardware product lines are sourced from our valued domestic partners located in Illinois and Connecticut.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CUSTOM ORDER?
Pillows & Bedding: Custom made to order; ships within 5 - 7 business days.
Custom Bench Cushions: Custom made to order; ships within 10 - 28 business days.
Window Treatments: Custom made to order; Drapery ships within 5 - 28 business days. Roman Shades ships from our USA based partner within 14 - 28 business days.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
We generally do not provide expedited services due to our handmade production process, which always includes a lead time. In some cases we can expedite order production, subject to fabric availability and for an additional fee. If you need to place a rush order, please contact a Stylist.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?
If you would like to expedite the shipping from Ground to Overnight or Express, please contact a Stylist.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER VIA EMAIL?
Need some help? We get it! You can place an order by emailing us at hello@loomdecor.com. If you need help with measurements or selections, please contact a Stylist and they can send you a custom invoice. Then all you have to do is enter your credit card info to place the order.
HOW DO I GET AND/OR USE A COUPON CODE?
We run various sales throughout the year. Be sure you don’t miss out by signing up for emails or following Loom on Facebook or Instagram. To apply your discount, simply enter the coupon code during the checkout process. Only one discount code can be applied at a time.
WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
Because we start making your custom items immediately, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 1 business day of submitting the order. After this, we begin crafting your pieces and cutting fabric, so any cancellations beyond this period may not be possible. If you request a cancellation beyond the 24 hour period, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applied. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@loomdecor.com as soon as possible.
MY SWATCHES NEVER ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If it has been more than 5 business days (not including weekends and holidays), your samples may be lost in the mail. Please contact a stylist in that case.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
Your items will ship via standard ground service (usually FedEx or UPS) for delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that we have no control over shipping delays due to the shipping service.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will receive an automated email with the shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order ships. Your tracking number can also be found on the order review page in your account.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do offer shipping to Canada for an additional fee, please contact a Stylist for help placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the U.S. Territories or foreign countries other than Canada at this time.
CAN YOU SHIP TO PO OR APO BOXES?
We unfortunately cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time.
