Am I Eligible for Loom's Trade Program?
Interior designers, architects, and other design professionals in the U.S. and Canada are eligible. For a list of qualifying documentation, view the Loom Trade Program application.
Can I Request a Full Swatch Book?
We do offer Trade Program Binders! Please contact us and request a Trade Program Binder today.
Can You Make Custom Window Treatments Not Shown Online?
Yes! Our workroom has the capability to make almost any drapery style. Some common requests include café curtains and additional Roman shade styles. To order a window treatment not yet online, contact a Trade Stylist.
Do You Make Custom Furnishing with Customer's Own Material (COM)?
We are happy to accept COM orders! Please contact a stylist for pricing and more information about COM orders.
Will You Come Measure/Install My Client's Custom Window Treatments?
While Loom Decor doesn’t have installers on staff to offer in-home measuring services, we have an experienced stylist that has successfully handled measurements over design consultations for years. Schedule your design consultation here. As for installation, we have a network of trusted professionals that we can recommend. Contact a Trade Stylist for a referral in your area.
Can My Clients Place Orders Themselves and Receive My Discount?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply your discount if your client orders directly. You can, however, use a client’s credit card to pay directly for a purchase as long as you are logged in to your account.
Where Will I See My Discount Applied?
All prices shown in the catalog are retail. Your discount will be applied in your shopping cart. Check below your subtotal for your total discount.
