Production Time & Standard Delivery
They say great things take time - and when it comes to handcrafting custom home decor, we couldn’t agree more. We do our best to get your items out the door quickly, but since many of our pieces are custom made to order, lead times can vary.
Estimated production times are listed below. These refer to how long it typically takes for your custom items to be created (this does not include holidays and shipping time is additional).
- Pillows & Bedding: Custom made to order; ships within 5 - 7 business days.

Custom Bench Cushions: Custom made to order; ships within 10 - 28 business days.

Window Treatments: Custom made to order; Drapery ships from Loom Decor within 5 - 28 business days. Roman Shades ships from our USA based partner within 14 - 28 business days.

Window Hardware: Custom made to order; ships within 10 - 28 business days from our USA based partner.

Fabric by the Yard: Ships within 1 - 7 business days. Special order fabrics may take longer to fulfill based on size.

Gift Cards: Delivered to your email within 1 business day.
Please Note:
- During holiday periods or times of high demand, these estimates may be extended by 1 - 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience as our team takes well-deserved time off to rest and recharge.
- Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.
- Please keep in mind that we have no control over shipping delays due to the shipping service.
- Orders ship via ground service and usually arrive in 3–5 business days. Backordered items may ship separately.
- Orders of $1,000.00 or more will ship with a signature required upon delivery.
- Custom pieces take time as every item is crafted to Loom Decor’s high standards, but we know delays can be frustrating. For updates, our customer care team is always here to help.
Swatch Shipping
All samples ship within 1 - 3 business days of your order via USPS. They should arrive in 4 to 7 business days from the time you order. Unfortunately, samples do sometimes get lost in the mail, so please contact a Stylist if you have not received your samples within 7 business days of your order.
Tracking Information
You'll receive an automated email with a shipping and tracking information as soon as your custom items are on their way. Your tracking number can also be found on the order review page in your account. Please note: Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Expedited Orders & Rush Shipping
We generally do not provide expedited services due to our handmade production process, which always includes a lead time. In some cases we can expedite order production, subject to fabric availability and for an additional fee. If you need to place a rush order, please contact a Stylist.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US
Most items can be purchased and shipped internationally however larger items, such as window treatments, are too bulky to ship affordably. Please contact us for a detailed shipping quote prior to placing your order. Please note, this includes Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping for international orders does not include any applicable taxes or fees, which will be the responsibility of the recipient. Expedited shipping is not available to Canada.
PO Boxes & APO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. Please be sure to enter a physical address when ordering to ensure there are no delays in getting started on your order!
Payment
Because we start making your custom items immediately, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Pricing & Sales Tax
Prices are in US dollars. Orders that are shipped to Massachusetts are subject to sales tax on the merchandise and shipping total, in accordance with local and state laws.
