Processing Time & Standard Delivery
They say great things take time, and when it comes to handcrafting your custom decor, we have to agree. Still, we strive to get your custom pieces to you as soon as possible. For specific estimated ship dates, please refer to the specific product page, your cart or your order review. Below is a general breakdown of expected ship dates (not including the shipping time itself).
- Pillows, Bedding, & Napkins: Custom made to order and ships in about 5 - 6 business days.
- Custom Bench Cushions: Custom made to order and ships in about 2 - 4 weeks.
- Window Treatments: Custom made to order; Roman Shades within 2 - 4 weeks, Drapery within 2 - 4 weeks, and Natural Woven Shades within 2 - 4 weeks. Please reach out to us if you need to place a rush order.
- Window hardware: Custom made to order and ships from our partner within 10 - 20 business days.
- Fabric by the yard: In-stock fabrics ship 1 - 5 business days after you order. Special order fabrics usually ship within 7 business days.
- Gift cards: Delivered to your email upon purchase.
- Please note that holidays may extend our standard lead times up to 1 - 2 weeks due to the custom nature of our products. We’re happy to give our dedicated team well-deserved time off to enjoy the holidays with their families. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Your items will be shipped via standard ground service within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Please be aware that backordered items might ship separately.
Orders of $1,000.00 or more will ship with a signature required upon delivery.

Swatch Shipping
All samples ship within 1 - 2 business days of your order via USPS. They should arrive in 4 to 7 business days from the time you order. Unfortunately, samples do sometimes get lost in the mail, so please contact a Stylist if you have not received your samples within 7 business days of your order.
Tracking
You'll receive an automated email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your custom items are on their way. Your tracking number can also be found on the order review page in your account.
Expedited Orders & Rush Shipping
You can choose to expedite the shipping of your products by choosing UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day under the Shipping Methods section during checkout. You will need to enter your full address before these shipping methods will appear. Keep in mind that the item will not ship until the expected ship date listed.
In some cases we can expedite order production, subject to fabric availability and for an additional fee. If you need to place a rush order, please contact a Stylist.
Expedited shipping is not available to Canada. Please keep in mind that we have no control over shipping delays due to the shipping service.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US
Most items can be purchased and shipped internationally however larger items, such as window treatments, are too bulky to ship affordably. Please contact us for a detailed shipping quote prior to placing your order. Please note, this includes Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping for international orders does not include any applicable taxes or fees, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
PO Boxes & APO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. Please be sure to enter a physical address when ordering to ensure there are no delays in getting started on your order!
Payment
Because we start making your custom items immediately, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Pricing & Sales Tax
Prices are in US dollars. Orders that are shipped to Massachusetts are subject to sales tax on the merchandise and shipping total, in accordance with local and state laws.
