Estimated production times are listed below. These refer to how long it typically takes for your custom items to be hand-crafted (this does not include holidays and shipping time is additional).

We stand behind our work and want you to love your custom pieces.
Our Mistake: If we make a mistake regarding size, fabric, or specifications based on your order confirmation, we will alter or remake the item at no cost to you.
Customer Measurement Error: If we make the order to your specifications but if you measured, ordered incorrectly, or need a different fit, we can make minor adjustments. Minor adjustments start at a $99 rework fee, plus the cost of shipping. If it cannot be altered and must be remade, we offer a 50% remake discount within 30 days of delivery.
Fabric Dislike (No Swatch Ordered): We highly recommend ordering a fabric swatch prior to placing your purchase. Sometimes, the appearance of the fabric in real life under different lighting can vary from what you see online. If you've placed a custom order and find that the fabric isn’t quite what you expected - but didn’t review swatches of that fabric in person beforehand - we’re unable to offer refunds. However, we’re happy to extend our 50% remake discount as part of our commitment to helping you love your final product.

Customer's Own Material (COM): COM products are non-returnable. Exceptions are only made in the rare event of a confirmed workroom error.
Custom orders may be canceled or changed for a full refund within 24 hours of submitting the order. After this, we begin crafting your pieces, so any cancellations or changes beyond this period may not be possible. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you request a cancellation or change beyond the 24 hour period, a 10% fee will be applied.
